  Very rude and arrogant lady on the phone. That girl will go far in life. Never did get the food delivered and yet still charged.

  Absolutely awful ❗️ordered delivery and watched delivery driver leave, said he couldn’t find us. Rang manager and they said we would have to buy again❗️ we are 60 yrs old and ordered at 6.43pm . Very kindly offered 50% refund… seriously so angry and very upset you could treat us like this.

  Placed an order online, waited over an hour and half then when called to check was told order had not gone through to them, then had to wait a further 40 mins so over 2 hours in total for a couple of pizzas. When I asked about a goodwill gesture I was told it wasn’t their fault and was down to the platform I ordered on and received no real apology
